Theaft and very bad respond and reaction

Hello!
My name is Michael, im a member of body lab ARCADIA. I got brutally disapointed yesterday the 27/09/20013
when my phone was snatched from my bag while im peacefully relaxing in the steamroom believing all my belongings are save. the worse part was when i try to get help from the manager. firstly he never stood up from his chair atleast to show concern and all he said was the cameras are offline and " sorry, hardluck bro. thats was the most sad words ever. i have been a member for 3 years n i have braught a lot of my friends to join and lastly this is kind of respond i get from the manager. i hate that place with all my heart now. please do smth about the management there. verryyyy poooor service and safety.
