Incorrect billing for over four months

I am on vitality, as I was when I got a gym membership at virgin active. Over the past four months I have been billed R625 instead of R206. On countless occasions I have reported this incident but no one has even attempted to correct this.

Instead I have been denied access to the gym. I want this rectified, so that I can pay the correct rates but I refuse to pay the escalated rate.
