Harassment on the phone

During the week my husband and I went to virgin active in rooihuiskraal as we both wanted to join the gym. We were introduced to a trainer who told us that we would have to pay around 500 a month for joining even though we on vitality. He asked for my details so I gave it to him. We
decided to sign up in eco park as we got a better rate with vitality and also we found the service to be much better as the staff were much friendlier and the gym itself was cleaner.

Any ways a couple days later, I recieved a call from the guy who assisted us. He asked me when I would be coming in to join, upon which I said thank you but I signed up at eco park. The guy went ballistic and started shouting at me and asking me how could I join eco park. I was in awe as this guy went on and on. He was completely rude to me and scream for 3 minutes, when I finally said excuse me but its non of your business where I sign up as its my money and my choice. The guy cut the call and I was left extreamly angry and completely upset as this guy scholded me as if I done something wrong. Im very upset and feel harassed. Not acceptable
