Incorrect billing

I joined in feb 2013, and had endless problems signing up, i only got my actual gym card in March.
I have not been going to gym, and planned on starting in spring.
however recently i recieved a message saying that i hadn't reach my minimum number to visits to the gym in a 12 month cycle and i started getting charged R200 instead of the R80 that i signed the contract at.
