Didn't know what to categorise this as, but the "Nature of Complaint "drop down menu helped me with it. Breach of contract i suppose is one way to see this. I recently added a contract for my wife to mine at Parkview, in addition I have 3 4 month contract with a personal trainer to help the missus understand the gym and get in shape. One hour of Pilates and one hour of personal training now puts her in the padickerment where she exceeds the 2 hour free parking limit the gym imposes and thereby adding roughly R8 a day to the gym membership. Its not a lot of money, but my contract has nothing in it of the sort. Surely this is the only gym that imposes such restrictions on your workout. She now does not get to enjoy all the gym has to offer as she has to cut a class short. This too is not in the contract. Many people in the gym has this issue and I will keep all posted on a survey I will set up there and some public poling.
