Poor service, bad attitude, no comunication

Never in my life have i seen such bad service. To list my primary concerns:

1) Invalid contract was issued to the wrong gym.
2) Non compliant to Consumer Act.
3) Bad service in the form of no one wanting to corect the error they made.
4) No comunication of what the actions are that I must follow or that they are taking.
5) Problem only fixed 50%.
6) Stil no feedback from gym managment.

My story is much to long and complicated to be posted but to make it short and sweet the virgin active is not the place to be, the sales team has no idea of what they are doing, management run and hide from pressing matters that I brought to their attention and even after they told me the problem is resolved... it wasnt and I am still waiting for them to contact me.

When I told them I want to cancelle the try and buy me over with 2 months free membership.

I feel like slapping them with a huge law suite, publishing a full article in my local news paper and getting out my camping chair sit out side there door and chase away new clients.

Bottom line choose your local gym and not virgin active you will have less problems and a lower fee.
