Don't be fooled!

About a month and a half ago I posted my complaint and about 3 weeks later planet fitness responded by saying they had notified management bla bla bla. Well that was the last I heard of the matter. Don't be fooled, just because they respond here doesn't mean they are actually going to follow up on the matter.
