This morning I was at gym and I decided to go into the studio to get a stability ball, dumbells and stepper I was shocked when I was shown the door. I decided to just take the stepper & stability ball & walked out. A few minutes later the trainer approached me to ask why I went in the class haven't I seen the sign. That sign sums up what Virgin thinks of their clients. Hey You!!! Is more like it so it is basically saying hey stupid is it my fault that they have poor logistical plans. Who's brilliant idea was it to put all the stability & the other equipment in the studio? It would also help if they can upgrade their facilities since they still resemble the defunked Health & Raquet. There is one faucet which has been been out of order since last month and a toilet paper roll that is not functional. Theyt must get their house in order before putting signs that disregard clients.
