Class changes without informing the client

On Tuesday the 11 June 2013, My daughter and I booked a boot camp class for Thursday the 13 June 2013@ 18:00.
Whe we got to the gym on Thursaday at 17:55, we found out that the class started at 5pm, and when i told them that nobody informed me about the changes when i booked on tuesday, i was told that the changeS were only made at about 2 in the afternoon on Thursday and they tried to contact some of the members. Nobody phoned me, when i requested to speak to the manager she did not come out she sent one of the staff members to tell me that it is only temporary. I insisted to speak to the manager, the girl that i was dealing with went to call her and she was MYSTERIOUSLY gone in a space of 3 minutes??? i refuse to be treated with such disrepect when i am a paying customer.
