Eddlesgas, broken promises

Called Eddlesgas Friday morning to replenish 2 X 14kg gas cylinders for home use. They could not guarantee delivery for Friday. We called at 15:45 on Friday to tell them to postpone delivery to Monday morning. A call Monday morning suggested we would get the gas by late morning/early afternoon. It is now 13:40 and the last call said they were busy with deliveries in Constantia. I guess we're on the wrong side of the line in Plumstead, even though we're closer to Eddlesgas Plumstead than Constantia is. Eddlesgas must really do something about keeping its promises, especially as this is our second bad experience in 6 months!
