Easybike
Online order not correctly supplied

I purchassed 2 X chains and 1Xbottom bracket from the online cycle shop Easybike. When I received the parcel there was only one chain. All the documentation said two were ordered. I emailed the the address and on the 14/04/2013, Matthew Walsh replied that he wold look into it. I have not heard from him since then or received the missing component.
