Im very disappointed with your service to me as a loyal client. Me and my partner have done business. I recently lost a video camera on buy back which i accepted but i wanted my casette as it has video material of my family on there. The staff member John said we cannot get it back and i asked to speak to the manager. He came and clearly was not interested in me as a loyal client. He refused to hand me the casette until i bring back a blank casette which means i must go and buy a new one. On the paper that was signed it only says it was signed for the camera nowhere about the casette. If you go to Game you buy a camera without a casette. So why are these people wanting to keep my casette with family footage. Very very disappointed in this level of service. I cant believe ive been loyal to this shop for so long and have not been assisted in any way. DISGUSTING SERVICE from CASH CONVERTERS KUILSRIVER
