Very disappointed in L'oreal Products as well as the customer service. I bought the Tripple Active Gel foam face wash end Feb 2013. 3days after using it I started to develop an rash all over my face and part of my neck. I send an email to the customer service and was called back by a Prudence who assured me that they their dermatologist will be contacting me that same day to try and help with the race. Dermatologist only called 2 days after. Telling things that I already knew. Prudence called again a week later asking for my bank details as they have decided to refund me the money of the Gel that was purchased (which was -R70.00) Wow thanks a lot. As a result of your product I had to hide my face and was totally embarresed, it was itch and very uncomfortable for almost a week. And all you could say you will refund me the R70. My bank details was supplied to them and it was said they would refund me within a week or 2.. that was 25 March and up to now being almost end April... still nothing refunded, no call to tell me that my bank details might be incorrect. Just nothing. So this is just my little note to tell you how you product as well as you customer service.
