Good day

I just want to say a big thank you to Johannes (i didn't't get the surname, apologies). I stepped into Dis Chem Vaal Mall on 11/04/2013, looking for a toy I had purchased previously. The toy wasn't on the floor and the lady who sits by customer service (white lady), seemed DISINTERESTED in helping me. I asked her to perhaps check at the 3 Rivers store then she called Johannes who gladly listened and went to the store room and found the item for me. Even went as far as checking the price to see if it was the same as on the box. I was truly humbled as one rarely gets good service from this branch.
