Burn my house down why don't you

My wife bought a couple candle holders with a look-alike crystal surround. To date we have had 2 of them burst into flames at the expense of our mantle and coffee table.

We are extremely lucky that someone was there on both occasions to extinguish the blaze otherwise it could quite easily have been the house burnt to the ground.

Why on the second occasion do we only put a complaint on Hello Peter you ask?
Because my wife emailed Mr Price Home after the first incident and wasn't even replied to. Quite a serious thing to ignore but because life's busy we chose to let it slide until the 2nd incident.
