Appauling quality

A while ago i bought a complete duvet inner, cover and fitted sheet from this specific store. I have used it once since bought it. Today, when i wanted to use it, i realised that it was in a state beyond words. I decided to return it to the store, not expecting a refund, but certainly expecting something.
Well, to my surprise, none of this happened. Not even an apology, or that the matter can be seen to. Instead, I am told my domestic worker must of washed it incorrectly. She washes all my clothing, bedding curtains, etc, and this has never happened. She works for a few people, and nobody recalls something like this. Even if the two were washed together, which appears to be the case, i cants see how they could of "mixed" with each other.
I expected a offer of a voucher, or replacement, or a credit to my account. instead, i got NOTHING!!!
I spend a lot of money with mr price, but to now, and no further. I will rather pay the extra, and buy what i need elsewhere, than support a business with such shocking after sales service.
I AM DISSAPOINTED IN YOU MR PRICE!!!
