I lodged a complaint on the 11th stating that Edgars sent me a letter on the 7th November 2012 saying my account is in a R0.00 balance and i have a R6200.00 credit limit. Due to the post office I only received it the last week in November and then we away on holiday. On the 3rd of January i spent 4 hours at the store trying to purchase only to be told my account has been closed without anyone notifying me. I thus put in a complaint on the 11th and a lady phone and said she will sort it out and get my account re-opened. Well today is the 16th and still no response. I would just like to tell you how disgusted I am with the service we have received from Edgars. Why do you send your customers' letters advising that their account is open and active with their limit and then when they go purchase they find out the account has been closed without any notification. why must i also lodge more than one complain before my problem gets sorted out?
