Poor quality products

I got a pair of addidas sandals from you guys on the 31 of december 2012 took it out of the box gf took the car to get cleaned so they throw away the box with slip after wearing it 3 times the side came lose so i know i cant exange it without the box and slip but still for sumthing to break after just wearing it 3 times made me really disappointed and just wont recommend anyone to buy something from you guys if this is the tipe of products you shell
