Hi there

I am very a huge Jenni button customer I am always spending more than R3000 when I go to the store, all the sales ladies such as Sharon and Porcha know me. I saw a shoe that I liked but they didn't have a size 5 one of the sales ladies there that day said that the shoe stretches and that I must take a size 4. Which I did so but when I went home it didn't fit properly so I decided to return it. When I got to the store I was told they are not able to return the item even though it was 2 days old but they will exchange it for something to the same value which seemed fair. I bought 2 sweaters which came to R950, there was an amount of R50 spare which management REFUSED to give me!!! It was either I take another top of leave the R50 for them!! This I think isn't on!!

One of the tops that I bought that day the beads have already started coming off after wearing it once.. I feel for R650 the top wasn't worth that but management refuse to give me another one or let me take something else!!

Please can management respond to this!
