I purchased a black berry 8520 at truworths has 24month warranty.it got broken i took it to the shop to be repaired and was in the store for two months at the end i got the phone back nd no repairs where done on the phone and no one could tell me why instead i was told it was the scratches on the phone that made the track ball on the phone to stop working
