JET INSURANCE A RIFOFF

This is now almost 2 weeks since i lay-ed a complain on my cellphone repairs and my cellphone is still not registered on Jet's database. Edcon came back to me about two weeks ago promising that my case will be resolved. Now after about 2 weeks, Jet insurance do not know anything about my phone. I really want to discourage people to not take Jet insurance. This is a complete ripoff. They make promises they cant full fill. they have poor systems and no respect for communication and feed back.
