I ordered a Motorola Baby Monitor on 11/02/2013. When we received it it was faulty. We sent it back by Speedpost.By 22/03/2013 a new unit was shipped to us (more than a month later!) A new unit (or the same?) was shipped on 25/03/2013. When we received it it was still faulty!!! On 02/04 I returned it and asked for an exchange for a different make of Baby Monitor. On 11/04 I received an email "Thanks for your mail, the parcel is at the post office we just awaiting for the parcel to arrive at our warehouse to follow through." i have yet to receive a reply stating when they will ship my replacement unit. This monitor is for a baby who is fast growing up.
