Terrible service from the cashie

I contacted Mr Price this morning to find out whether they have stock of certain items in the shop. I spoke to a Cashier, could not even hear her name, since the line was either bad or teh volume on her phone was low.

I was hold for 5 minutes before she could even help me and when I had given her the stock number to check, she could not understand and then put me on hold for another 5 minutes. This service is unacceptable, since all I wanted was to find out if there is stock of certain items available in the store. I have shopped at Mr Price and this is the first time I have had this experience.

I called again to the store to speak to the Manager and yet again the cashier could not hear me.
