No delivery 2 weeks after order confirmation!!!

I ordered a few items towards the end of march and still no delivery till this day. i am so frustrated and angry! I have been getting the run around for a week now and i've called more than 8 times. this is unacceptable and this is the 1st and last time im ordering ANYTHING on Zando!!!
