Cellular repairs - bad attitude

HI

I would like to inform everyone of the service i received at one 2 one Cellular in the Colony shopping center...

they were all to happy to fix my phone for a high cost. but for the 1 year warranty service i decided to go with them...

they there using x grade parts in the phone as i had to go back 6 times to fix a charging port... they also claimed the charger was faulty so i threw it away and used another... yet it still did not work...

more so wasting my patrol i was quite upset that the store OWNER has the disgusting attitude to ignore me for an hour... and after i spoke to him he just walked away during out conversation...

i waited 2 hours with out service waiting ot as the owner how can the same part always be faulty as im sure the parts are of x grade quality...

be careful when dealing with these people...
