After having downloaded a recipe for Madeleines, I went about the tedious process of trying to source the correct type of pan (which involved going to quite a number of shopping malls last weekend). You see, I tried making them in a normal muffin pan, but the outcome was disastrous.

So after having failed miserably at obtaining the pan in stores, I went onto your website and ta-dah! I ordered and it was delivered the same week.

Thanks for the speedy response. The pan works wonderfully and the Madeleines came out great!
