Neeed mywatch or my money back

Ought police watch for cash and a few months later it was faulty and took it to the store for repairs and was promised it will be fixed in 6weeks and now it's almost three months and when i go to the store for enquiry it looks like i am nagging them cause the staff there is showing no interest in my query, bad attitude and they have no clue when the watch will be back and they keep promising to follow up and call me but to date i have received no call from them and i now need to be refunded, tried calling the call Centre but it seems the lady in charge is on holiday. Please help can't wait my lawyer's time for a watch worth a 1000.
