Wasted effort to have your flu /vitality screening

On tue 2 april 2013, i went to receive my flu vaccine @ sandrige clicks
was not given any advice about fees etc
as per all my previous years vaccines done @ this branch i made an appoinment, received the vaccine & everything was covered via medical
this time, however, i was told there is an admin fee of R45. bt when i went to pay, i was charged R67 over & above the charge to my medical aid, i also didnt receive my calc vita samples & they had stock of it
the nursing sister there was clueless about everything i asked her.i find it really inconvenient that they didnt advise me about admin/consultation fees & then @ the last second be told to pay cash & then have to pay a bigger amount when i go to make payment... i have a vitality screening scheduled there next wk, bt will not attend cz i was nt advised about any fees for this.
