PATHETIC SERVICE

I usually write compliments to Game online, however, I write this in much disappointment in the Game store I visited last Saturday (30/03/2013) around 3:30 pm. I was in the store to purchase a few items as a tourist and investor visiting South Africa, The cashier who was assisted was extremely off-putting and did not answer any of my questions/concerns regarding some of the items we wanted. I had searched for my item and then thought the staff will know but there was no one to help on the floor which I somehow understood it was weekend hence I told myself will ask the till point. The employee at the till her name was indicated as Emily Mabona, she seemed impatient and disinterested in my questions kept talking to other staff in their language as if was not there. I have done my shopping at Game Stores without any problem until I received a pathetic bad attitude from your Brits branch. I do not believe that your organization really must keep people of her character if you want to do business. On my next visit to Brits will visit the store and will be happy to be served by a friendly personnel.
