BAD Service

We bought a Fridge and when we opened it at home the bottom door had a dent and a scratch on it. We phoned the Festival Mall immediately and they said there is nothing they can do until tomorrow as they are closed now.
So What must we do as we are sit ting without a fridge as Lawrence said we cant use it until they sort it out.
What a excuse,! We are really pee off with that. I come from retail and I know that it gets sorted out immediately.
