Shocking quality followed by shocking service

My friend bought me a very nice bracelet at NWJ at the airport on her way to visit me. The links started breaking within the week she was here so on her way back she gave it back to get fixed and organized for it to be sent back to the La Lucia branch as it is right by my house. After waiting for about a month they phoned me and said it is ready for collection at the airport. So I said no we asked for it to be sent to the la Lucia branch and after asking me if i cant just come fetch it there they said ok it will be there the following Monday but still no phone call so I waited another week and went to the La Lucia branch where once again I got the most shocking service and attitude from them and still no bracelet so after finding out myself because they were too incompetent I found out it was still at the airport and I said dont worry and drove there right there and then to fetch it.the bracelet was not even the same when I got it and they didn't even clean it.needless to say it broke again a week later. I have the broken bracelet at home.how do I go about this now??? I will not be surprised if I get no response from this.
