I just want to say THANK YOU to the lady that called me the other day to offer me an account for not wasting my time and being extremely efficient and well mannered about it. Though I turned the account down, she did not force it on me further, causing irritation, instead she thanked me and wished me a nice day further without being resentful. I wish I knew who the lady was that called me, but just thought I would point out that that makes a far better impression that a forceful, tenacious, bitter salesperson.
