Bad service all round

Im still waiting for a gift from my wedding ordered from someone overseas in July last year!!! Only just found out it was ordered about a month ago because the purchaser asked, no one from Boardmans bothered to contact me initially. They called me a week later to say it had been delivered all of a sudden but really have no idea where they delivered it too. Contacted them to find out whereby they said they would come back to me. Im still waiting...
