Grumpy old woman

I went to this store today and had the bad experience of my life. I bought few items and tried to withdraw R100.00 but my card declined and I know that there are funds in my acc, sad part Busi had to call the so called supervisor who came with a bad attitude like she stood there and spoke to Busi I then greeted her, she came to my side and said "Sorry" I moved she checked something she then went away, when she came she just bumped into me & voided the transaction after the void she just walked away without a word. what made things worse she was speaking to me in IsiZulu- a language that i barely understand. SA has 11 ofificial languages not 1 like she seem to think. Her face was telling me that she was upset. I mean it was 07:10 in the morning how can a person be so grumpy. I know I have exceeded my monthly withdrawal but I can still swipe with the card.

Busi handled the situation like a pro, I think she deserves to be a manager unlike this big headed Maledi. Boxer please invest in your staff do not give people positions because of age and the long service as I believe is the case with that old grumpy woman. she needs to learn management and communication skills
