NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER!!! SIESSSSSSA!!

I visited the FURNITURE CITY Branch on 17 March 2013 wanting to purchase a leather lounge suite. We were interested in a particular leather suite. The double couch and the three seater were available for selling but the specific sales person did not want to sell the single recliner because he was not allowed to sell it from the floor. I asked him to find out if he could get one from another branch. He said nobody had stock and that he would phone me back and that he would let me know if he could get another one. Two days later he phoned me telliing me that he will be getting six more single recliners from Cape Town. In the mean time he SOLD the single reclinder THAT HE DID NOT WANT TO SELL TO ME FROM THE FLOOR WHEN I WANTED TO PURCHASE THE FULL SUITE - TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER. When I asked him why he sold it to another customer he said that he would be getting the new stock from Cape Town so he was allowed to do it.!! Why could he not sell me the chair when I wanted to buy it from him in the first place if he was getting stock from Cape Town. IT SEEMS TO ME THAT FURNITURE CITY UMHLANGA MAKES SO MUCH MONEY - R33 000 IS TO LITTLE FOR THEM TO GO OUT OF THE WAY FOR!!! NEVER AGAIN.
