Towards the end of last year my heart rate reader was replaced by them bec that one for was, now a few months later the same thing there watches and monitors just don't work properly and they are not cheap so how do you get them to replace the entire thing instead of parts of them because clearly something is not working correctly and the worst thing in the world is getting to gym to start a workout and then ure watch doesn't work, pls for once can something be done correctly that doesn't involve me having to drive around all the time!
