Why pay more?

To whom it may concern

I am often a customer at the OR Tambo Woolworths where I buy a surtain sandwich. Today I went to Design Quarter and decided to buy the same sandwich at the Woolworths there. To my surprise I paid R10 more there than at OR Tambo. Jackie the manager was friendly and very helpful and promised to give me feedback. Keeping to there word I was phoned back later. Thank you. The explanation for the price difference is very concerning. Apparently OR Tambo is an on the go concept, although you can sit and eat your food there. Design Quarter is a restaurant and because you sit down to eat you have to pay R10 more so that you can use knives and forks etc. This is the first time I have heard of such nonsense. The funniest part is I didn't sit down but took the sandwich at DQ as a take away. Is this something that CPA would be interested in? Are we being ripped off by businesses that are already making so much profit on the food they are selling and now want to charge us more to sit down and eat? I am seriously interested in hearing from Woolworths Cape Town HQ.
