Unfair run around very poor service delivery

Called to get a letter to show my loan account is up to date as I am applying for a bond on Monday 18-03-2013.
They gave me an amount of 425 in arrears which I should pay before getting this letter which I did the same day.
The lady in store told me to wait 24 hours to reflect on my account statement I called the help center on Tuesday to request this letter they told me I would have it Wednesday and my debit order has been reinstated for the 29th of March so on Wednesday came and I called again they told me there was no notes made on the system so they redone all that needed to be done and told me I will get it in 24 hours so here I am on Friday still no letter instead them telling me I need to pay R1500 what is this very poor service and no resolution this is pathetic. Woolworths have to resolve this issue immediately.
