NEGATIVE FEEDBACK WITH NO EXPLANATION

A couple of months ago while shopping at Edgars, we got notified that we must submit our ID and proof of residence to an Edgars office for Rica because ABSA took over the account??? - could not be explained -- We live in the country and the next time we paid a visit to an Edgars branch, we submitted the required documets and filled out forms as requested.. (My husband is the account holder and I as spouse has an extra card for the same account). No problem- we were notified that it will take about 2 weeks to be RICA'D. Happy that we did as requested, we left the store. Three weeks later, we visited Edgars again to be notified that we must RICA- we notified the lady that it was done 3 weeks earlier.(I am talking af the time period January to Feb 2013) Out of the blue, on 15/03/2013, my husband and I receive an SMS, no sender or contact name, that there is a problem with our RICA- and our account is blocked and a consultant will contact us- To us this is a concern- we know all documents were in order - after all we RICA'D by our banks as well- To date, 20/03 no feedback from any consultant, high priority email not answered.- After 25 years no explanation for action
