Pathetic Everyday

Everyday myself and my family frequent Pick n Pay Goodwood mall to do our daily buy in of our necessities. The time of the morning that we get at Pick nPay is just after 10am Daily. The store is a Madhouse! Dont Managers look at trends and have people scheduled to be at the till during the busy periods? The technicon down the road has their tea break, patients and staff from the hospital comes around 10 am and there are five of the Twelve tills open. I then end up waiting up to 20minutes in a queue for a bread and milk. This has been going on since the Tech started this year, and when you ask the supervisors, they say the cashiers are on tea and they are scheduled that way, My request is falling on deaf ears to have more tills opened to make it convenient for their loyal customers...
