Could I order some bread rolls pls

I'm a caterer that spend a good amount of money everyday at PnP. Today I am trying to order some bresd rolls for tomorrow. The one phone no. just rings no answer. The other one I spoke to a lady who then said she will call the bakery dept. I waited for 17 minutes without anyone coming to the phone or checking whether I have been attended to. Bad customer service!!!
