Wrong fully charged by finrite

Hei i have been wrong fully charged by finrite because i sent my phone for repairs because my screen crashed and when it came back it came back with a broken camera and i informed the store told me to return the phone back to finrite and i was told that they wont be any additional charges since they are the ones who damaged the camera, so i sent the phone back to finrite and to suprisingly find that i must now pay R440 for something they did and i would just like to inform them that i will never... never pay this amount because they were suppose to call me and inform me that the phone was not broken by them and if the will fix it they will be additional charges but no one called and they further fixed it and charged me an amount i cant afford and please note that i will take this further to consumer protection because i must be protected from disorganised companies like finrtite or even pay a lawyer than to pay them.
