DISGUSTED IN APPLICATION PROCESS

Honestly how is it possible that I get hounded in the store to apply for a Jet card, taking 15 minutes of my time to complete it, yet almost 4 weeks later I still dont have feedback. Continous emails to and fro regardinging bankstats which was handled in the most unprofessional manner.
