Short stock on delivery-billed for full delivery!!

As a retailer we ordered stock from swartkops, they invoiced us for stock and instead of delivering the whole order they short delivered the stock and billed us for the full invoice! they are not willing to help and are cheating their customers in this way! if they are interested in resolving this matter contact Costa.
