Bad Service - The Sweat Shop Claremont

On Sat, the 9th of March, I went into The Sweat Shop in Claremont. The first thing was I rang the bell, which some rushed looking guy came to open. No eye contact - nothing. This guy just opens the door and walks away. So, I am left on my own in the shop - feeling a bit silly. Luckily I had my daughter with me (3 years) so I took time to make her comfortable. 15 minutes I looked up and no one had said a single word to me. I was feeling a bit lost when Nicholas asked me if I had been helped... I said no, and he said he will be with me. But Nicholas was busy. Eventually - this is now after a 30 minute wait - he comes helps me. A very nice guy, but Nicholas doesn't seem to be a salesperson - rather an assistant to the salespeople as his service to me was interrupted many times when he was sent to the stock room. Eventually, he had to leave me an attend to what felt like his 'superiors' in the store. What is infuriating is that two people who came in after me were helped before me. I felt invisible and not welcomed. I left and said out loud "I don't think my money is wanted here'...no response. I am bitterly disappointing at this level of bad attitude/service
