Charmaines Take Away

I visited your premises today and I was appalled by the condition of the takeaway located inside your branch. The lady handled food with her bare hands while the gentleman was serving hot dog rolls off his skottle which was filthy and had flies around it. The sauces that were being used were not properly refrigerated and kept outside in the heat and it was obviously laying there for a very long time. The area in general around this takeaway is surrounded by offices and I also noticed that they were using an open flame gas cooker. I would just like to bring this to your attention as I don't even think this place is licensed and at the very least someone would get very ill due to food poisoning.
