I went to buy milk and a few other items on my home today. I paid and when I got home I noticed I only had half of my packets with me. I rushed back and customer care said they had nothing. I asked the manager if they found anything and he was all too happy to assist in looking. The lady who was packing my things noticed me and came to say that in face, they only rang half the stuff, they assumed the things I left behind belonged to the person behind me. The managers attitude did a 180 and all of a sudden he treated me like a criminal when it was a honest misunderstanding. One of the items I did not get was a 6 pack of long life milk. I needed it as we had nothing left at home and my 2 toddlers drink a bottle of milk before bed. I went back to the shelves and got my milk and waited in line feeling very angry and humiliated. When I got home and poured a bottle of milk it was lumpy and smelled disgusting. I opened every single box and they were all rotten (PNP brand by the way). So I ended up rushing to the garage for fresh milk. I am so unhappy and feel like the customer really doesnt matter. I will rather visit the smaller family run retailers in my area next time.
