Bought 7/03/2011 a BGA vacuum cleaner - faulty 1 from start! Took it back '3yrs guarantee' Caroline at Rustenburg shop send it for repairs.received it after 4weeks back! more faults on it! send it back instead of exchanged it! Why do we have an Guarantee? Took longer than first time to get it back! No suction and water leaks! send it back! this carry on 5-6 times. In meantime they discontinued the BGA from floor. Sell in its place a Hausmeister-red 1.I did not start that vacuum even 5 times from date of purchase or even one room! Request an exchanged for Hausmeister or Money Back! - same price R5000.00 and functions as BGA.After contact mail Isaac for help-the BGA was send to him p/courier in Nov'12.No response! Request many times for an reply-Jan'13 they found that it was. Isaac at customer service, after few attempt to get a response, he offer me a small drum DEMO vacuum -R2500 with only remaining guarantee left of faulty 1! NOT Acceptable! (In back of shop-office-lay a stack of faulty BGA's all send back! Customers confirm my surprise! Time is running out and I have nothing for my money. Please can you help me get my money back?
