Fantastic response to our previous complaint

I made a complaint recently about finding glass in mince we bought from Pick & Pay the other day. Mr. Gregory mc. Gregor, their Butchery Divisional Manager arrived on our doorstep and sorted things out personally, and gave us an unexpected but generous gift. He is the epitome of customer service and has done Pick & Pay proud.
