Incredible Connection
I have now given up!

I reported the terrible service I received from this company some time ago on this site. Since this problem has still not been solved I have decided that it is just not worth the frustration. I am sick and tired of dealing with incompetant people who can not spell "Customer Service" and have now told them to keep the unit and do with it what ever they like.
